Fisher 21

Going into abandoned building is not always the best idea.  Detroit has the largest and most notorious abandoned complexes in the world where all types of nefarious activity is likely underway.

The fisher 21 Plant is one of the most interesting and until recently seems to have been fortified to prevent further explorers and scrappers. Last year the fenced complex was a police impound.

This time around, as happens in Detroit, the police pound is no longer and some of the huge industrial machinery that was found on the exterior of the former car plant has been removed...presumably by scrappers.

Built in 1919 by famed architect Albert Kahn the Fisher 21 plant was a prestigious factory that produced Cadillac bodies through the 20s and 30s. Today it is a hulking abandoned plant that was deemed to be contaminated by the EPA after a lifetime of industrial undertakings and chemical use.
